How To Make Dashing Dish Protein Donuts

Healthy and delicious protein donuts that are perfect for a post-workout snack or breakfast treat!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Non-stick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. In a medium bowl, mix together oat flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together almond milk, honey, egg, and vanilla extract.

  4. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

  5. Spray a donut pan with non-stick cooking spray.

  6. Spoon donut batter evenly into the donut pan.

  7. Bake for about 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a donut comes out clean.
