How To Make Culver’s ButterBurger Recipe

A juicy burger with melted butter, served on a toasted bun.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef (80/20 blend)
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper
  • 4 tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 slices of American cheese
  • 8-12 pickle slices
  • Any other desired toppings (onion, lettuce, ketchup, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
  2. Divide beef into 4 equal portions and shape into patties. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill or cook the patties until desired doneness is reached, flipping only once.
  4. Add a tablespoon of butter to the top of each patty, letting it melt and continue cooking for 1 minute.
  5. Toast the buns and add cheese to the bottom bun, followed by the patty, pickles, and any other desired toppings.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
