How To Make Culver’s Cheddar ButterBurger Recipe
Juicy and flavorful beef patties topped with melted cheddar cheese and butter, sandwiched between soft buns – a classic American burger.
Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
Divide the ground beef into 4 equal parts and shape into patties.
Season the patties with salt and pepper.
Grill the burgers for 3-4 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F.
Place a slice of cheese on top of each patty and let it melt.
Spread a tablespoon of butter on each bun and toast them on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
Assemble the burgers by placing a patty with melted cheese on the bottom bun and top with the other half.
Serve hot with your favorite sides.
