  • 4 sandwich rolls
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the beef with salt and pepper.

  2. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over high heat and sear the beef until browned on all sides.

  3. Transfer the beef to a slow cooker and add the onion, garlic, beef broth, and BBQ sauce.

  4. Cook on low for 6 hours.

  5. Shred the beef with two forks.
