Ingredients

  • 3 large potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup of BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup of sour cream
  • 1/4 cup of red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup of celery, diced
  • 1/4 cup of green pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup of fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the diced potatoes until they are tender.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the BBQ sauce, mayonnaise, and sour cream.

  3. Add the red onion, celery, green pepper, and parsley to the mixing bowl and stir.

  4. Add the cooked potatoes to the mixing bowl and stir to combine.

  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
