Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1/2 cup candy bits

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and vegetable oil.

  3. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Scoop 1/4 cup batter onto skillet for each pancake.

  5. Cook each pancake until surface is bubbly and edges are dry, then flip and cook for another minute on the other side.

  6. Drizzle chocolate syrup over each pancake and sprinkle with candy bits.
