Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large egg yolks
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup key lime juice
  • Whipped cream, for topping
  • Lime slices, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

  2. In a bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, butter, and sugar until well combined.

  3. Press mixture evenly into a 9-inch pie dish.

  4. In another bowl, whisk together the egg yolks, condensed milk, and lime juice until smooth.

  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared crust.

  6. Bake for 25 minutes, or until set.

  7. Let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

  8. Just before serving, top with whipped cream and lime slices.
