- 1 lb breakfast sausage
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups whole milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 biscuits, to serve

Cook the sausage in a large skillet over medium heat, breaking it up into small pieces with a wooden spoon as it browns.

Once the sausage is cooked through and crispy, sprinkle the flour over the top and stir well to combine.
