How To Make Really Easy Roast Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken (about 4 lbs)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried herbs (such as thyme or rosemary)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Rinse the chicken and pat it dry with paper towels.

Place the chicken on a baking sheet or in a roasting pan.
