How To Make Quick Chicken Noodles

Ingredients
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, broccoli, bell peppers)
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- green onions, for garnish
Instructions

Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add sliced chicken breasts to the pan and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes.

Add mixed vegetables to the pan and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper. Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables in the pan.

Add cooked noodles to the pan and toss everything together until well combined and heated through.

Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
