  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 celery stalks, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups egg noodles

Instructions

  1. Add the chicken, chicken broth, water, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, thyme, oregano, salt, and black pepper to the Instant Pot®.

  2. Close the lid and set the Instant Pot® to manual high pressure for 5 minutes.

  3. Once the cooking time is complete, do a quick release of the pressure.

  4. Open the lid and add the egg noodles to the pot.

  5. Close the lid and set the Instant Pot® to manual high pressure for 3 minutes.

  6. Once the cooking time is complete, do a quick release of the pressure.

  7. Stir the soup well before serving.
