Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, green onions, red bell pepper, and black olives.

  2. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over each tortilla.

  3. Roll up the tortillas tightly and secure with toothpicks.

  4. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  5. Place the wrapped tortillas on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
