How To Make Mini Chocolate Cheesecakes

Ingredients

  • 200g of cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1/4 cup of cocoa powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup of chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup of crushed graham crackers

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.

  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and cocoa powder together until smooth.

  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

  4. Divide the mixture evenly among the paper liners, filling about 3/4 full.

  5. Sprinkle chocolate chips and crushed graham crackers on top of each cheesecake.

  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until set in the center. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.

  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

  8. Serve chilled and enjoy!
