How To Make Korean Fried Chicken Sauce

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean red pepper paste)
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions

In a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, gochujang, rice vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, and black pepper.

Heat the sauce over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar has dissolved and the sauce has thickened slightly, about 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and let the sauce cool for a few minutes before using.
