How To Make Gochujang Sauce

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Gochujang (Korean red pepper paste)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, for garnish
- 2 green onions, sliced, for garnish
Instructions

In a small bowl, combine Gochujang, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and water. Stir well until all the ingredients are incorporated.

Heat a small saucepan over medium heat and add the Gochujang mixture. Bring to a simmer and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens.

Remove from heat and let cool. Transfer the sauce to a jar or container.

Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions before serving.
