Ingredients

  • 500g ground chicken
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, cilantro, onion, garlic, ginger, cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.

  2. Shape the mixture into patties about 2 inches in diameter.

  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

  4. Serve hot with your favorite sauce or chutney.
