How To Make Gingered Chicken Patties

Ingredients
- 500g ground chicken
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, cilantro, onion, garlic, ginger, cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.

Shape the mixture into patties about 2 inches in diameter.

Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
