  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs (such as rosemary, thyme, parsley)
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, fresh herbs, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.

  3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and brush them with the herb mixture, making sure to coat both sides.

  4. Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

  5. Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
