How To Make Easy Chicken Stew Recipe

Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 carrots, peeled and sliced
- 2 potatoes, diced
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the chicken thighs and cook until browned on both sides. Remove the chicken from the pot and set aside.

In the same pot, add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion is translucent and fragrant.

Add the carrots, potatoes, and frozen peas to the pot. Stir well to combine.

Pour in the chicken broth and add the dried thyme and rosemary. Stir to combine.

Return the chicken thighs to the pot and bring the stew to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are tender.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
