How To Make Creamy Pesto Chicken

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup prepared pesto
Instructions

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the chicken breasts and cook for 6-8 minutes on each side, until browned and cooked through.

Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the chicken broth and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to low and stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and pesto.

Cook for 2-3 minutes, until the sauce has thickened.

Return the chicken to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
