Serves:

Ingredients

  • 200g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 100g praline, crushed
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water. Stir in the ground ginger.

  2. In a separate bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract while continuing to whip.

  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the melted chocolate mixture until well combined.

  4. Divide the crushed praline into four serving molds, then pour the chocolate mixture on top.

  5. Freeze the bombe for at least 4 hours or until solid.

  6. To serve, remove the bombe from the freezer, gently unmold, and slice into individual portions.
