- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, white wine vinegar, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.

Pour the sauce over the chicken breasts in a crockpot.

Cook on low for 4 hours or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.

Once cooked, remove chicken breasts and shred them with a fork.
