Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, white wine vinegar, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.

  2. Pour the sauce over the chicken breasts in a crockpot.

  3. Cook on low for 4 hours or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.

  4. Once cooked, remove chicken breasts and shred them with a fork.

  5. Serve chicken with the remaining sauce on top.
