How To Make Chicken In Basil Cream Recipe

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped

Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer and cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
