How To Make Sbarro’s Chicken Alfredo Recipe
Flavorful chicken and creamy homemade Alfredo sauce served over hot pasta.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. Fettuccine pasta
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
- ¼ cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Cook Fettuccine pasta according to package directions and set aside.

Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add chicken and cook until golden brown and no longer pink, about 7-8 minutes.

Add garlic, basil, and oregano, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Reduce heat to medium-low and add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.

Stir until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth, about 5-6 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper.

Serve chicken and Alfredo sauce over the hot pasta.
