How To Make Sbarro’s Chicken Alfredo Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Fettuccine pasta
  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. dried basil
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook Fettuccine pasta according to package directions and set aside.

  2. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  3. Add chicken and cook until golden brown and no longer pink, about 7-8 minutes.

  4. Add garlic, basil, and oregano, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

  5. Reduce heat to medium-low and add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.

  6. Stir until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth, about 5-6 minutes.

  7. Season with salt and pepper.

  8. Serve chicken and Alfredo sauce over the hot pasta.
