  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon grainy mustard
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, grainy mustard, and minced garlic.

  3. Heat olive oil in a cast iron skillet over medium heat until hot.
