How To Make Baked Country Chicken

Ingredients
- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking dish.

In a shallow dish, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.

Dip each chicken thigh into the melted butter, then coat it with the bread crumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.

Place the coated chicken thighs in the greased baking dish.

Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the crust is golden and crispy.
