How To Make Old Country Buffet Fried Chicken Recipe

- 4 chicken leg quarters
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp of paprika
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- 1 tsp of onion powder
- 1 tsp of dried basil
- 1 tsp of dried thyme
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of black pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup of milk
- Vegetable oil for frying
