  • 1 cup of chopped spinach

  • 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Place the pre-made pie crust in a pie dish and set aside.

  3. In a skillet, sauté the spinach, mushrooms, bell peppers, and onions until tender.

  4. Spread the sautéed vegetables evenly over the pie crust.

  5. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.

  6. Pour the egg mixture over the sautéed vegetables in the pie crust.

  7. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.

  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the crust is golden brown.
