How To Make Pannekaken (Norwegian Pancakes)

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 cups milk
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
- Lingonberry jam or maple syrup, for serving
Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, and melted butter.

Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, whisking until smooth.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or cooking spray.

Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet and tilt to spread it evenly into a thin pancake.

Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the edges start to brown. Flip and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

Transfer the cooked pancake to a plate and cover with a clean kitchen towel to keep warm.

Repeat with the remaining batter, greasing the skillet as needed.

Serve the pancakes dusted with powdered sugar and topped with lingonberry jam or maple syrup.
