How To Make Parsnip Hash Browns

- 4 parsnips, peeled and grated
- 1 small onion, grated
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the grated parsnips, onion, garlic, flour, salt, and black pepper.

Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Form the parsnip mixture into small patties and place them in the skillet.
