  • 4 parsnips, peeled and grated
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the grated parsnips, onion, garlic, flour, salt, and black pepper.

  2. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.

  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  4. Form the parsnip mixture into small patties and place them in the skillet.

  5. Cook for about 5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.

  6. Remove the hash browns from the skillet and drain them on a paper towel-lined plate.
