How To Make Pesto Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 2 tablespoons pesto
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions

In a bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.

Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet and let them cook for a minute until they start to set.

Gently stir the eggs with a spatula and continue cooking until they are almost fully set.

Add the pesto and Parmesan cheese to the skillet and stir to combine.

Cook for another minute or until the eggs are fully cooked and the cheese has melted.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
