How To Make One-Pan Eggs & Peppers

Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add the sliced bell peppers and onion to the pan. Cook for 5-7 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.

Crack the eggs into the pan, spacing them evenly among the vegetables.
