How To Make Ground Sausage and Broccoli Quiche Recipe
This is a savory quiche with ground sausage and broccoli, perfect for breakfast or brunch.

Ingredients
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
- 1 cup ground sausage
- 1 cup chopped broccoli
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Cook sausage in a skillet until browned and crumbled. Drain and set aside.

In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper.

Layer sausage, broccoli and cheese in the pie crust.

Pour egg mixture over the top.

Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.

Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
