How To Make Breakfast Sausage and Biscuit Sandwich
A delicious and filling breakfast sandwich made with flaky biscuits and savory sausage.

Ingredients
- 8 breakfast sausages
- 4 large biscuits, split in half
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Cook the sausages according to package instructions.

Arrange the biscuit halves on a baking sheet and place a slice of cheese on the bottom half of each biscuit. Bake in the oven for 5-7 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the biscuits are warmed through.

While the biscuits are in the oven, fry the eggs in a pan with the butter until the whites are set and the yolks are still runny.

To assemble the sandwiches, place a sausage on top of each cheese-covered biscuit half, then top with a fried egg. Sprinkle each egg with salt and black pepper, then place the top half of the biscuit on top.
