How To Make Breakfast Sausage and Biscuit Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 8 breakfast sausages
  • 4 large biscuits, split in half
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

  2. Cook the sausages according to package instructions.

  3. Arrange the biscuit halves on a baking sheet and place a slice of cheese on the bottom half of each biscuit. Bake in the oven for 5-7 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the biscuits are warmed through.

  4. While the biscuits are in the oven, fry the eggs in a pan with the butter until the whites are set and the yolks are still runny.

  5. To assemble the sandwiches, place a sausage on top of each cheese-covered biscuit half, then top with a fried egg. Sprinkle each egg with salt and black pepper, then place the top half of the biscuit on top.

  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
