  • 1/4 cup warm water
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and spices.

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the yogurt, warm water, and vegetable oil.

  3. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.

  4. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for a few minutes until smooth and elastic.

  5. Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and roll each portion into a flat disc.

  6. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and cook each flatbread for about 2 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and puffed up.
