Ingredients

  • 4 slices of French bread
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp of butter, softened
  • 1 tbsp of fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, softened butter, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.

  3. Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly onto one side of each slice of French bread.

  4. Place the bread slices buttered side up on a baking sheet.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges of the bread are golden brown and crispy.

  6. Remove from the oven and let the garlic toast cool completely.

  7. Once cooled, you can store the garlic toast in an airtight container for up to 3 days.

  8. When ready to serve, you can reheat the garlic toast in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes, or until heated through.

  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
