  • ¼cupmayonnaise
  • ¼cupMexican cheese blend,shredded
  • 2tbspbutter,room temperature
  • 2tbspjalapeno peppers,canned, diced
  • 1tsphot pepper sauce,such as Tabasco®
  • 6potato bread slices,crusts removed, bread cut into 4 triangles

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Mix the mayonnaise, Mexican cheese blend, butter, jalapeno peppers, and hot sauce together in a bowl, then spread onto each bread triangle. Place the triangles on a baking sheet.
