- ¼cupMexican cheese blend,shredded
- 2tbspbutter,room temperature
- 2tbspjalapeno peppers,canned, diced
- 1tsphot pepper sauce,such as Tabasco®
- 6potato bread slices,crusts removed, bread cut into 4 triangles

Mix the mayonnaise, Mexican cheese blend, butter, jalapeno peppers, and hot sauce together in a bowl, then spread onto each bread triangle. Place the triangles on a baking sheet.
