How To Make Orange Cranberry Bread Recipe
This moist and flavorful bread is bursting with sweet orange and tart cranberry flavors, perfect for breakfast or snack time.

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups of all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp of baking powder
- ½ tsp of salt
- 1 cup of fresh cranberries
- 2 tbsp of orange zest
- 1/3 cup of orange juice
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
- 2/3 cup of granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, toss cranberries with orange zest.

Add orange juice to cranberries and zest, set aside.

In a large bowl, whisk melted butter, sugar, and eggs.

Add half of the flour mixture to the wet mixture. Mix until just combined.

Fold in the cranberry and orange juice mixture, followed by the remaining flour mixture.

Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.

Bake for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove and let cool completely on a wire rack.
