How To Make Cranberry Pecan Bread Recipe
A delicious bread that combines tart cranberries with crunchy pecans.

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.

In a medium bowl whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.

In a large bowl cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Beat in eggs one at a time. Stir in vanilla extract.

Gradually add the flour mixture to butter mixture, alternating with buttermilk, until fully combined.
