  • 1 package refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle shape on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  3. Spread marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a border around the edges.

  4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, pepperoni slices, and Parmesan cheese over the sauce.

  5. Sprinkle Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes over the toppings.

  6. Starting from one of the long sides, roll the dough tightly into a log shape.

  7. Brush the melted butter over the top of the dough.

  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until the bread is golden brown.

  9. Allow the bread to cool slightly before slicing into thick pieces.

  10. Serve warm and enjoy!
