
How To Make Pepperoni Cheesy Bread
The smoky flavor of pepperoni is mixed with two types of cheese in this pepperoni cheesy bread. It’s a good side dish for pasta and can be eaten as is.

Ingredients
- 2large hoagie rolls
- 2tbspolive oil
- 1tspItalian seasoning
- 1tspgarlic salt
- ¼tspred pepper flakes,optional
- 2cupmozzarella cheese,shredded
- ½cupparmesan cheese,shredded
- ½cuppepperoni
- marinara,or pizza sauce, for serving
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cut the two hoagie rolls into 2-inch wide portions but leave it attached in the middle.

Mix the olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic salt and red pepper flakes (if using) then brush it onto the bread.

Top the bread with the mozzarella cheese, pepperoni and parmesan cheese and bake until crispy, about 15-18 minutes.
