Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup warm milk
- 1 tsp active dry yeast
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt.

In a separate bowl, dissolve yeast in warm milk and let it sit for 5 minutes.

Pour the yeast mixture into the flour mixture and mix well.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Punch down the dough and divide it into 4 equal portions.

Shape each portion into a bun and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Cover the buns with a damp cloth and let them rise for another 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

Brush the buns with vegetable oil and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let them cool on a wire rack before serving.
