Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, salt, and baking soda.

Add the buttermilk and melted butter to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.

Transfer the dough to the greased loaf pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 1 hour 30 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.

Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
