Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and salt.

  2. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with the milk until well combined.

  3. Gradually pour the egg mixture into the flour mixture while continuously whisking until smooth.

  4. Stir in the melted butter and let the batter rest for 10 minutes.

  5. Heat a non-stick skillet or crêpe pan over medium heat.

  6. Pour approximately 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet and swirl it around to evenly coat the bottom.

  7. Cook for about 1-2 minutes until the edges start to lift and the bottom is lightly browned.

  8. Flip the crêpe and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

  9. Repeat with the remaining batter, stacking the crêpes on a plate.

  10. Serve warm with your choice of fillings such as Nutella, fruits, ham, or cheese.
