Instructions

  1. Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

  3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs. Then, whisk in the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.

  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix; a few lumps are okay.

  5. Pour the batter onto the preheated waffle iron, using the recommended amount for your specific waffle iron.

  6. Close the lid and cook until the waffles are golden brown and crispy.

  7. Serve the waffles hot with your favorite toppings such as butter, maple syrup, or fresh fruits.
