  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • Seville orange marmalade, for filling
  • Amaretto sauce, for drizzling

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and salt.

  2. In a separate bowl, beat eggs, then add milk, sour cream, and melted butter. Mix well.

  3. Gradually add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, whisking until smooth and no lumps remain.

  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or cooking spray.

  5. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet and quickly tilt the pan to spread the batter into a thin, even circle.
