Ingredients

  • 2 green bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp corn starch
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add garlic and ginger. Fry until fragrant.

  2. Add sliced onion and fry until translucent.

  3. Add sliced green bell peppers and fry for 3-4 minutes.

  4. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce and corn starch until smooth. Pour into the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
