How To Make Jicama and Bell Pepper Stir-Fry
This stir-fry is a flavorful and healthy side dish.

Ingredients
- 1 medium jicama, peeled and julienned
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Juice of 1 lime
Instructions

In a large skillet or wok, heat oil over high heat.

Add garlic and stir until fragrant.

Add jicama, red bell pepper, and green bell pepper. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.

Add cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Stir in lime juice and cook for another minute.

Serve hot.
