How To Make Green Bell Pepper and Tofu Stir-Fry Recipe
A healthy and flavorful stir-fry using green bell pepper and tofu as the hero ingredients.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 14 oz firm tofu, pressed and cut into cubes
- 2 green bell peppers, cut into strips
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions

Heat oil in a wok or skillet over high heat.

Add tofu and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

In the same wok/skillet, add garlic and ginger; stir fry for 30 seconds.

Add bell peppers and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, cornstarch, salt, and black pepper.

Pour the sauce over the bell peppers and cook for another minute.

Add the tofu back into the wok/skillet and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes.

Serve hot with rice.
