How To Make Stir-fried Korean Beef

Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 bell peppers, thinly sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, garlic, and ginger. Add beef slices and marinate for 10 minutes.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add marinated beef slices and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add onion and bell peppers. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender.

Return beef to the skillet and add green onions. Stir-fry for another minute. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve hot with steamed rice.
