How To Make Shaved Beef Sliders
Juicy beef, melted cheese and pickles on a fluffy bun, perfect for a quick, delicious snack or appetizer.

Ingredients
- 1 pound shaved beef
- 8 slider buns
- 8 slices of cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pickles
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Season shaved beef with salt and pepper.

Cook beef in the skillet until browned and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.

Toast slider buns in a separate pan until lightly browned.

Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun.

Top with shaved beef, a slice of cheddar cheese and pickles.

Place top bun over the cheese and serve.
